LilyLav Loves Alam Prima
So yeehaaaa, the rezeki goes to Alam Prima, Seksyen 22, Shah Alam, Selangor.
It took us a week to finally make the decision to purchase a unit here. We studied the reviews, visited the location and finally signed the offer letter from the developer; SPNB. Just a day ago, we got the bank approval on the loan facility. :D Syukur, Alhamdulillah.
Why this apartment? Well, from the look of it, the prospect of renting it out is good, the new MSU is nearby the apartment. Next, the completion date is Feb 2011, we do not have to wait for years! And last, it is just simply an affordable investment.
Some said it is near to Carlsberg, some said it is in the flooded area of Shah Alam, some said the area is low profile, some said the location is ok, near to a lot of facilities, and in between Shah Alam and Subang Jaya. We heard all the comments full of politeness. We just hope and doa the rent can generate a good positive cash flow :D
LilyLav Loves MyBabyOutfits eShop
MyBabyOutfits eShop. Yes, that is what I have been busy with lately.
Yes, it is ours, the shop I shared with a dear friend Diyaana. The husbands are of course the best of the best supporters. We came out with the idea after having bought lots of clothes online for our children. To start up such blog is at first a challenge for normal employees like us, but we eventually got it running ! That is the greatest part of it. We hope the online shop will run for a long time, and the site http://mybabyoutfits.blogspot.com will be the most favourite site by all parents, mommies especially !

Lilylav Loves Doa
They are mean, the holy Qur’an says that, the whole wide world knows that.
Because their nation controls business worldwide and those of their nationality worldwide unites, the two make them the strongest and most powerful in the world. They care none about the rest. They killed people men and women. Mind you, children too. No children means no future generation. They want the people to totally be gone, vanished from the land, so it will be theirs.
People say if you fail to plan, you plan to fail, we do not see them failing, but we see them growing. Why? It is obvious that they have been planning for decades, and all the executions that were done may have been planned ages ago. The maps are clear and detailed for their people and their troops, the actions are already orchestrated, the leaders post event speech written way before the occurrence. The power to imagine, the power to coordinate and the power to predict lead them to winning. Their history, their civilization, their technology and their thoughts are centuries ahead of us. Truly undeniable.
We are sad, we are frustrated, we are annoyed and we are hurt. Others may feel the same. But what much can we do? Indirectly WE are funding them, aren’t we? How come? Well, can we live totally without these products?
http://www.inminds.com/boycott-brands.html
Malaysians we know, and we are one, cannot yet leave these products out of our domestic market. Our kitchen stocks are half Nestle, our hand phones are Nokia, our children love Disney, our groceries may come from Carrefour and Tesco, our burgers are sometime from McDonalds. Oh we did say yet, meaning we are slowly moving to our home grown Malaysian made products.
This we believe is their arrangement once upon a time ago. Control food products, control women’s products, control children products, make the product with quality and make them affordable to all walk of lives. Make the world buy and fund their cruelty. They are successful and to this moment uncontestable.
Boycott? Yes, the cosmetic products and smokers. Every time we see our brothers and sisters lighting the little stick then puffing, what cross our mind, what we imagine, are the smoke and fire from all the bombs and missiles that landed on this one poor land. The truth and nothing but the truth, these brothers and sisters are defensive on their habits. If only they know … or imagine the same. Cosmetics, local has a lot to offer, definitely.
Doa for Gaza. May Allah keep the innocent safe.

LilyLav Loves Big Eyes
The eyes? It runs in the family. The 1 big sister and the 1 little brother are at times really really good, caring and loving each other. At times the kakak would hit the little one on the head or on the butt or could even say 'I dont love my brother, I wont kiss him'..and I think the brother is saying this to himself, at least for now 'Just you wait kakak, just you waittt ..'
